Registration

Fees help us cover the cost of the meeting room(s), additional prizes, and other PUDDLE expenses. It would not be possible to reserve the full ballroom and side meeting room(s) of the Holiday Inn Chicago-Elk Grove without advance registration fees!

There will not be tickets available at the door. Please register in advance instead.

The Pullip and Dal Doll Lovers Events welcomes people of all skin colors, all religions, all cultural and ethnic backgrounds, all abilities and disabilities, all gender identities, and all sexual orientations.

Doll lovers of all ages are welcome to attend. If you are 13 or under to age 10, we suggest that an adult accompany you to the event, though they are not required to buy their own ticket and stay in the room. If you are 9 or under, you must be accompanied by a paid adult. Very small children (3 and under) are allowed to attend without paying a fee. (We do discourage attendees from bringing small children because there are many tempting, fragile items to touch and it is hard to fully participate in PUDDLE with a small child. However, we know sometimes there is no other way for a parent to attend. Young children will always be able to sit with their parents but will not have room at a guest table for their own toys and activities.)

If you need accommodations for a disability, please contact us in advance so we may make adjustments.

No. PUDDLE is small enough that we fulfill registration individually at the event, without needing paper tickets.

We will have a list of all registered attendees at the event. All you need to do is tell us your name! Check in begins Friday afternoon with badge and door prize pickup.

Tickets are not available for purchase at the door, so make sure to purchase your registration in advance.

There will not be an official wait list.

You may still purchase tickets from someone who has extra or cannot attend, up to one week before PUDDLE. Transferred tickets cannot be sold for more than the original purchaser paid. No transfers will be made within the week before PUDDLE.

We suggest checking the following locations to find secondhand tickets:

Purchasing tickets from a third party is taken at your own risk. PUDDLE accepts no responsibility for any problems with secondhand ticket sales. However, if you are concerned that someone may be selling tickets they don’t have, or for more money than they originally paid, please contact us so that we may investigate.

PUDDLE staff must be notified of a ticket transfer no later than one week before PUDDLE. (If you buy a secondhand ticket, make sure you contact us to tell us what name you want on your badge.) Transferred tickets cannot be sold for more than the original purchaser paid.

Due to the small-scale nature of the event, we cannot refund tickets. However, your ticket can be transferred to another person if PUDDLE staff are notified of the transfer no later than one week before PUDDLE. (If you buy a secondhand ticket, make sure you contact us to tell us what name you want on your badge.)

Yes. Everyone who will be in the meeting room is expected to pay the fee and receive a nametag, for space and security reasons. There is a lot to do in the Chicago area, so people who are not interested in PUDDLE may want to find other activities.

If you are bringing a child who is 13 or under to age 10, we suggest that you accompany the child to the event, but you are not required to buy your own ticket and stay in the room.
