PUDDLE is a very small convention, with a maximum of 116 tickets for 2026, but our attendees consistently list shopping the vendors as one of their favorite parts of PUDDLE. We are grateful to have so many fantastic vendors who help make PUDDLE a wonderful experience for all attendees!

Our space is small and therefore vendor tables are limited. Please apply below to express your interest in vending. (If vending is closed for the current year, your application will be saved for next year.) Vendors will be selected to meet the needs of PUDDLE attendees while still giving as many vendors as possible a chance to sell their wares. PUDDLE vendors should plan to sell primarily items for dolls. Items that are suitable for Groove dolls like Pullip, Dal, Taeyang, and Isul sell the best, but items for Smart Doll, Blythe, BJDs, and other dolls are welcome.

Please note:

  • The PUDDLE event is not responsible for financial transactions between vendors and buyers.
  • The PUDDLE event is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during the event.
  • Vendors agree to comply with all municipal, state, and federal requirements, if any, regarding copyrights and trademarks, sales and the collection of state and other sales tax, etc.

The next PUDDLE will be on June 13, 2026. The cost for one table that is 8 foot by 2 foot 6 inches is $85. (This includes your guest ticket.) Vendor Registration is closed for 2026, but please feel free to fill out the form for 2027.

Your logo will be used on our Vendors page to advertise your shop. If you also Sponsor PUDDLE, we will also display it there. You retain all copyright, of course!
Most PUDDLE vendors also donate items to be used for gift bags, contest prizes, treasure drawings, or other such activities. Donating gets your name listed on our Sponsors page both on our website and in print at the event itself.
The Vendor Registration ticket included in this fee does not include a separate seat at a guest table, but does still include all other normal PUDDLE participant benefits, including a gift bag, a badge with exclusive artwork, gifts from a table captain, a door prize, and access to all vendors, workshops, and contests. Additional registration tickets can be purchased for any vendor staff who wish to actively participate in PUDDLE at normal pricing. We can provide Vendor-labeled badges to any attendees who will vend with you -- just check out in the same cart or let us know who needs one separately.
