The 2026 schedule is a work in progress. Subject to change. We are still adjusting to our new venue.

2026 Schedule (tentative and subject to change)

Friday Afternoon & Evening

Join us for pre-PUDDLE fun!

Mid Morning ·  Trip to Gigi’s Dolls

Informal carpool to Gigi’s Dolls, an amazing brick-and-mortar doll shop! One group will be leaving at 10:30 am from the hotel lobby. If you are interested, ask around (perhaps even before you arrive for PUDDLE) to try and find someone with a spot in their car. The shop is also one of our sponsors. They will open for us at 11 am. You can also meet us there.

After Trip to Gigi’s – Informal Lunch

Some of us will head out to a local fast food place for lunch. Let us know if you want to join us, or watch for us in the lobby after we return from Gigi’s.

2:00-5:30 pm ·  Informal Meet & Greet

Please note: early registration will be in the event space. The room will be available for vendors to do set up (no vendor sales until Saturday) and for table captains to decorate their tables.

Bring a doll to the event space and hang out, start a conversation with other incoming guests, do some trades, and make a craft.

Starting at 2:00 pm, you can sign in for registration and receive your name badge, door prize, and gift bag — attendees who sign in on Friday will get in faster on Saturday morning by showing their badges at the door.

Registration sign-in may halt temporarily while we are at dinner.

5:30 pm · Group Dinner at Mitsuwa Marketplace

Meet in the hotel foyer at 5:00 pm or so to carpool to Mitsuwa, or meet up at the marketplace food court – take a doll and watch for others carrying them. If you don’t have a car, ask around to find someone with an open seat or who’d like to Uber with you! The mall is chaotic and the tables in demand, so sit with anyone you can find who is from PUDDLE!

7:30 -11:00 pm ·  Evening social in the event space

Get comfy, find some new friends, and maybe even pick up some new-to-you items through a trade. Bring your items to trade.

Until around 8:00 pm, you can also sign in for registration and receive your name badge, door prize, and gift bag — attendees who sign in on Friday will get in faster on Saturday morning by showing their badges at the door.

10:00 am  ·  Opening words

Welcome by Jane Easterly, announcements.

10:15 am  ·  Vendors officially open

Vendor booths are officially open for business. Most people prefer to spend the morning shopping, but there will also be a craft and coloring table, and you can browse the dolls on display at the guest tables.

12:00 noon ·  Lunch Break!

We recommend you don’t go far; perhaps grab some fast food nearby. The event space will be closed for one hour.

1:00 pm  ·  Dress Like Your Doll Costume Parade

Whether in jeans and a t-shirt or a full cosplay, each participant (and each doll) gets a turn in the spotlight. Pick up an entry slip at the Information Table and be ready to parade across the stage at 1pm. A judge will choose winners to receive prizes. Any kind of doll (Blythe, BJD, Smart Doll, etc.) is welcome in this event.

1:20ish  ·  Dress Like Your Doll Winners announced, followed by a group photo

Dress Like Your Doll contest winners will be announced. After photos of all the contestants and the winners are taken, we’ll take a quick group photo of everyone at PUDDLE who wants to participate.

1:40 pm ·  Custom Contest Setup

Entry forms will be available starting at 9 am. Bring your entries to a designated spot at 1:40 pm for set up. All entries will be automatically entered in the Best in Theme category, but you will be able to enter in just that category as well.

2:00 pm · Custom Doll Contest Entries Close

All contest entries must be on display before judging. Judging will begin after the final entries have been placed. Make sure your entry is on display on time!  Fan voting begins around 2:45. Entry forms and more information will be available at the Information Table.

2:20 pm ·  Cake!

Enjoy a piece of cake after lunch.

2:45 pm-3:30 pm ·  Fan Favorite Voting

Everyone can vote for their favorite contest entries. The top Fan Favorite in each category will win a prize. Your voting slip is in your gift bag; turn in voting slips at the Information Table.

3:30 pm · Treasure Tables Close

Treasure ticket bags will close at 3:30 pm. Treasure tickets will be available throughout the day at the Treasure Ticket Table, except for noon to 1:30 pm.

4:00 pm  · Treasure and Contest Winners Announced, Final Announcements

Treasure and Special Treasure item winners will be drawn. Contest winners will also be announced.

Immediately after the final announcements, contest winners are invited to the side room to receive their prizes. Everyone else is invited to view and photograph the winners.

5:00 pm  ·  All Vendors Close, last chance socializing and clean-up

Vendor booths close. (Some booths may close earlier.) Get your new friends’ contact info to stay in touch, then help us clean up the room.

5:30 pm  ·  Official close of PUDDLE

Saturday Evening

The event is officially over, but that doesn’t mean you have to go home just yet!

6:30ish ·  Group dinner

We will eat in the hotel restaurant if it is open. Otherwise we’ll try to go out as a group for anyone interested. Find a friendly face and grab a seat. (There will not be seating for everyone at one table.)

8:30ish-midnight ·  Social & BST

Relax and chat in the event space. This is a great time to conduct any last-minute trades or purchases. Vendors are welcome to offer for sale any items that didn’t sell during the day. Attendees are welcome to offer items for sale or for trade.
