Friday night
5:30 pm Group dinner at Mitsuwa Mall (feel free to go early to look around – take a doll and watch for others carrying them!)
7:30 pm or so Informal activities, whirlpool, and tea party at the hotel
Saturday
*raffle tickets, dolls, and other items for
sale
will be available throughout the day*
8:00 am Meeting Room open for sign-in, set up, and socializing
9:00 am Official welcome
9:15 am Wig and chip buy-sell-trade (try out various wigs/chips on your doll before deciding to buy or trade for them; also receive help changing your doll's wig/chips)
10:30 am Group photos of people and dolls (no one will be pressured to appear in the photo, but please stick around to take photos and for door prizes coming up next)
11:00 am Distribution of door prizes (every paid registrant will receive a door prize!)
11:30 am Gift swap coordinated by ravenwcatz (swap of a wrapped gift containing $10 worth of new items; if you are not participating, you can leave for lunch)
12:00 noon Lunch break! (we recommend you don't go far; perhaps grab some fast food across the street and come back to eat with others)
12:30 pm Set up of customized and modified dolls for the contest and for display begins (ongoing during lunch and workshop if needed)
1:30 pm Open workshop/Q&A – ask questions and someone will try to answer them; also, make a paper crane
2:30 pm Customization contest judging/voting and awarding of prizes
3:30 pm
Dress-like-your doll parade emceed by babelglyph;
voting by judge and fans; awarding of prizes
4:30 pm or so Last call for raffle tickets; drawings for raffle and other prizes
5:00 pm Socializing, buy-sell-trade, clean-up
5:30 pm Official close of PUDDLE
6:30 pm or so Group dinner in Rooftops (reserved room in the hotel restaurant)
8:00 pm or so Informal activities, whirlpool, and doll pajama party at the hotel
Sunday
Arrangements were made at PUDDLE for a group visit to the Willowbrook Wildlife Center.

Charitable opportunities: The 2011 charity group was the Willowbrook Wildlife Center, located about 10 miles from where PUDDLE will be held. Their website can be found here. Money raised from the raffles was donated to the Center.
